RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@cordovan.store. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
2-4-1 Higashi Komagata, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, 130-0005, Japan
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Japan, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as cordovan that has been split or stamped, color cards, tags, and etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept any returns on outlet items.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges. If you wish to exchange, you will need to follow the return process and make another purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If there is any shipping cost or duty that has to be paid from our side when receiving your returned item, the amount will be deducted from your refund. If there is any damage or sign of being used on the returned product, we could give partial or no refund depending on the condition.
